In this role I work across site with coleague's in the operational enhancement team. I work on different work streams for the operation some work streams are quick and can last for a week other work streams can last for a few months. Also in this role I have gained more experience with stake holder management and have regularly lead meetings to make sure the stake holder is fully engaged in the work stream. Deadlines is a major part of this role and all work streams are fully planned out to allow deadlines to be met.
In this role I coached a team of 15 coleagues. The coaching could be 1 to 1 coaching, group coaching. Also in this role I had to work on adhoc projects as part of my development. These adhoc projects could be migration work streams, continuase improvement ideas, working on Risk projects, being part of process user groups. As I have a lot of experience I added value into any adhoc projects I was giving.
In this role I took both inbound and outbound telephony calls from custom's. My main responsibilities was to help the customer get out of financial difficulties. I built report with the customer and gained trust to allow me to get the best solution for the customer and the bank.
