I am a self trained bookkeeper with over 13 years experience in Sage 50 Payroll and SageInstant Accounts. Over these years i have become familiar with financial reconciliation's, general ledge's and financial reporting and payroll administration. I have a strong attention to detail and an outstanding work ethic. I am energetic and reliable and skilled with working with a diverse group of people or on my own I am able to effectively manage strict deadlines, schedules and repetitive tasks with a positive, can-do attitude.
It Is my responsibility to carry out all aspects of administration of Carlone Limited. This includes assisting the managing director with the day to day running of the company
My sole responsibility is to ensure
* All accounts are kept up to date using Sage Instant accounts
* All payroll duties using Sage 50 Payroll are carried out each week.
* Prepare accounts to send to our registered accountants at the end of each quarter .
* Open and distribute mail.
* Monitor all debts and credits within the company including petty cash
* Reconcile bank accounts.
* Run the website and keep all information up to date.
* Ensure I am in knowledge of and following all new legislation's
I use Sage 50 Payroll and Sage Instant Accounts on a daily basis along with using excel.
I passed my Certificate of Professional Compliance in 2005 for running a company. I also hold a certificate for safer recruitment and safeguarding children with disabilities
My hobbies include horse riding which I have been doing for 20 years. I recently set up a online horse advertising company which I run from home and have gained many users and followers on social media. I also recently became a qualified advanced open water scuba diver whilst on holiday in Cyprus. I enjoy enhancing my education and I am always willing to take on new challenges.
