Within my remit not only am I responsible for identifying and actioning staff welfare and development needs incorporating the management of all disciplinary procedures, but the provision of statistical and audit returns for both customer and my peers along with, if applicable identifying future development opportunities for the company.
I am also currently responsible for the recruitment and mentoring of all new staff and the the accurate pay reports for the whole team.
