Market Makers were seeking to appoint a new Account Executive to join their team of 6 for one of their key clients. I hit the ground running as soon as I joined the company exceeding all my daily, weekly and monthly targets. I was later in charge of training every new employer in our department. My duties included but were not limited to; Formulating training lessons including audio and video sessions, course material and scheduling. Conducting sessions for the new employees and teaching them the call centre drill from the basics. Evaluating their performance based on the requirements of our client. Showing them different ways of developing communication skills, such as ways of talking professionally with customers, handling difficult customers and ways to improve their performance all round. Monitor individual performance to include value collected, number of calls made, daily talk time analysis and progress towards target. Quality assurance of inbound and outbound department phone calls for staff training purposes, feedback to team and the team manager. To liaise with all sales management and personnel to create good interna l relationships. In February 2012 I was asked to be PPL Assistant Team Manager by my managers, as I had a proven record that I had the ability to exceed my targets whilst training new employees and motivating the team. I took my role very seriously making sure all targets were hit and the client's needs were met. As well as still exceeding my target my main focus was the team, I wanted them to succeed. Havant I worked at the Star pub for a year back in 2010, I started off as just a general barmaid after 6 months of training new employees and running the pub when the landlord was not in I pretty much took on the role as manageress. Whilst supervising the newest employees, it was my role to manage all the stock and till levels and figuring out staff rotas to ensure there were always enough people in the bar at one time. I also did part time DJ'ing for the pub, special events and weekends. I was also at this point available for private parties around the Havant area. My parents opened 1AB Cars ltd in January 2008 at which point I was appointed the company secretary, my main responsibilities were Diary management. Complaint handling. Admin work. Invoicing. Multi-tasking is essential. Marketing for the company. Accuracy to attention and detail is also essential Ordering, checking and signing and receiving goods, managing a team of 20 taxi drivers organising and distributing all the work evenly between them. I worked at the Six Bells in Havant for 7 months in short time I was there I was a full time barmaid in which I helped with the duties of serving customers food and beverages, helping with the cleaning of the pub and making sure I adhered to the budgets and the health and hygiene regulations.
