Working as a bar tender I have to maintain an updated knowledge of all menu items and selections. I continually provide an exceptional service to customers by being friendly, knowledgeable and outgoing so they feel comfortable to approach me. Creating a warm and fun atmosphere for guests is another technique that I have acquired to make sure that the customer is always satisfied.

Accomplishments
I have participated in lots of athletic events such as (school) cross country events, leading to me being picked to run for Redbridge in the London Youth Games. Furthermore, I have always had a passion for Hockey as I played it for 7 years, representing many school teams (being the Captain and hosting training sessions) while also playing for my local club (Old Loughtonians) and Essex hockey.
Moreover, I joined Air Cadets at the age of 12 where I completed my Bronze and Silver Duke of Edinburgh, where I had to plan out routes and do lots of volunteering work. I also became a qualified first aider.
I have successfully taken over and run the bar by myself on occasions and efficiently resolved any client problems.
