I am a creative professional with project experience from concept to development having over seen the re build of properties and working in the TV Industry as an Art Director.
However I would now like to hone my skills in the Construction Industry.
As a very self directed and motivated individual I would like to specialize in this line of work and become a Chartered/Building Surveyor/Project Manager. I feel very motivated about this and believe I would have a lot to offer based on my professional background and hardwork ethic
At the moment I am a landlady of a HMO property and do freelance work as an Art Director for TV. The skills I use in these jobs require professional and creative focus. I am very dependable, get the job done quickly and efficiently. I would safely say I am an action-oriented person with strong ability to communicate effectively.
I saw the advert for the Assistant Contracts Manager and felt that this would be a great opportunity for me to advance in this industry. I believe that my resourceful, ambitious and up beat personality would bring something to the table also.
