  • In my role at Countrywide I am part of the Corporate team.
  • My daily role incorporates collecting payments from valuation/survey applicants, advising applicants on the different types of surveys we can complete, providing applicants and mortgage lenders with information and updates on their valuations/survey.

  • Griffin/MDNX Internet 1st line In my role I am the first point of contact for partners and customers experiencing difficulties with their broadband connections; diagnosing faults/enquiries.
  • My main focus is working with ADSL broadband connections but I do have to look into Leased Lines, MPLS/ VPN connections and assist with router configuration and hosted services (emails, websites and DNS requests).
  • Any enquiries that I cannot resolve on call I escalate to the correct team/department.
  • All enquiries are diagnosed and logged on Microsoft systems, Goldmine Heat ticketing system and our in house call tacking system.

  • Preparation/cooking of food, Cleaning of equipment and work areas and stock control.
  • I would take charge of the running of the kitchen environment in the absence of the head chef.
  • Also trained in the managing the beer cellar, preparing beers and cleaning/setting up the bar.
