Summary
A hard working and dedicated employee looking to further her career. A driven team worker with over 4 years of sales and customer service experience. Currently reporting to and assisting the Financial Director of a telecoms business. Action-oriented with strong ability to communicate effectively with. Currently working as an Accounts and Administration Assistant for a partner of the UK largest mobile network companies. Using the Sage and Payroll software, I have been able to gain an extensive range of accountancy skills. My daily communication with customers including invoicing, contributes to a timely and professional service. My job role recently includes many HR responsibilities, such as interviewing, creating contracts of employment, organising exhibitions events and training new members of staff.
 
I have had many successes over the past few years including becoming a Managing Director of a Young Enterprise Business. The experience contributed to the success I have gained in my current job role being given many responsibilities of the HR Director in their absence. From this I have successfully lead and motivated a team which ultimately has lead to sales and increased productivity. Skills I am very competent on all Microsoft programmes such as Excel, Word and Publisher. I am very creative and my artistic flare has resulted in my current job role growing to create content for social media and events such as exhibitions and charity days. I am very diverse worker and I put my heart into every task given. I have never worked in a managerial role, yet I have the ability to lead should I be put in the position.

  • At SCS Tech UK Ltd I was asked to work full time after completing my work experience, as they believed I had potential to fulfill the role.
  • It is my responsibility to work alongside the Finance Director to calculate the monthly wages, keep the accounts up to date including reporting, perform a daily cash flow and work with Payroll and Sage.
  • All of which was carried out along side my education until completion in June.
  • Other responsibilities include, training new staff; creating and posting promotional material for social media; planning business events and data analysis/reporting; organising travel arrangements.
  • I have successfully planned several business events for our sales team by creating marketing material etc which contributed to a mass increase in customers and brand awareness for the business.
  • I am always keen to please people and make the lives of the Directors a lot easier, which is why they come to me when they have specific but important jobs that need to be completed.
  • My job title is not a Personal Assistant, but my strong work ethic allows me to productively complete a variety of tasks alongside my main position.

  • I had to take on new tasks very promptly and complete them with other members of staff up to the professional standard required.

  • In this job role I worked in the beauty and fragrance counter helping customers choosing products and applying make up to them, giving them a personal service.
  • I was further given the opportunity to be involved in several areas of responsibility including re-stocking shelves, managing food waste and promotional merchandise.
  • As a passionate beauty sales assistant, I was the winner of many competitions regarding number of sales and signed loyalty applications.
  • I am a driven and determined individual which was proven in my many years at Boots when our department won highest number of beauty sales in the County.
