LGV technician with 15 years experience. Areas of expertise include diagnosing and fault finding, stripping and rebuilding (reconditioning) engines and gearboxes. I have a distinction in motor vehicle electronics and I enjoy the challenge of fault finding in this area.
in my short time back at Scania I've managed to progress to Workshop controller and really enjoy the challenges each day unfolds, from technical issues in the workshop, technical call from our customer plus Australian customers on a weekly basis, dealing with invoice queries, planning the workshop and staff, making sure I have the correct trained staff at specific times to meet the customers needs.
I enjoyed my short time at Mercedes seeing how a different company operates and overcoming the challenges of learning a new product which I picked up really quickly.
I completed my apprenticeship with Scania then worked as a technician for many years and have always enjoyed working with a market leading company. Within my time here I progressed to the Processes improvement team, working for the head office at Milton Keynes.
