This role was responsible for the delivery and design of a suite of operational MI, ensuring the recruitment process was managed effectively and provided quality assurance. Lead a team of 3 staff to ensure that this reporting was delivered accurately and in a timely manner, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement on the team.
As a SAR Co-ordinator I was responsible for retrieving employee personal information across the bank from all levels of the hierarchy, handling with highly sensitive information and using a very high attention to detail redacting any 3rd party information that the requester was not entitled to see.
An applied equivalent to 3 A-levels that was more focused on coursework and practical application of learning. Studying basic accountancy, ethics, business strategy and law.
Training for IronMan Triathlon in 2016 including a IronMan 70.3 in June this year, whilst raising money for the charity Scope which helps individuals and their families living with disabilities.
I also enjoy travelling and want to combine this with my athletics by competing in various triathlon and marathon races across Europe and beyond.
