As the only administration support for this busy department, my role included arranging and running courses for internal staff and liaising with external candidates. I established most of the administration procedures within the department while streamlining existing procedures while adhering to hospital policies. I arranged transport, liaised with a full multi disciplinary team and improved compliance to training in the department. I also ordered all medical and office supplies for the department and kept the diaries for the entire department.

In this role I was employed as an administrator for the Medical School. This included working to tight deadlines to produce detailed timetables for medical students, liaising with other department and Doctors to enable the production of the timetables while working closely with other members of the team to ensure the smooth running of the department This role required a keen attention to detail as any mistakes could cause problems throughout the hospital and to the students. I was also responsible for working with volunteer patients, welcoming them to the training meetings and ensuring they had a good experience.
