  • In my current role I oversee all kitchen operational aspects, working to optimise store profits and minimise stock and profit loss.  
  • I manage a team of 14, from various ethnicity and levels of experience across seven stations. 
  • I have maintained five stars on the NSF food and hygiene audit each year. 
  • I work alongside and provide on-site training for all members of staff including members of senior management.
  • I monitor all daily databases including stock levels, rotations and food safety and hygiene.
  • I assist the Area Managers and Chef Team to successfully roll out new menus, subsequently ensuring my team follow updates and adhere to specific company regulations.

  • Daily duties included placing and receiving food and dry stock orders, stock control and rotation.
  • Management and supervision of 16 team members including writing their rosters within budgetary constraints, keeping their personnel files up to date and promoting staff recognition.
