ACCOUNTS MANAGER
Summary
I am AAT qualified with several years of accounts and office management experience.
My last post was for 11 years, working with a Commercial Property Developer/Manager as their Accounts Manager (managing a team of 3 plus all aspects of book keeping and property accounts), from which I was made redundant on 30/10/15.
I have a great working knowledge of SAGE & YARDI (accounting/property management), LANDMARK's HEXAGON Property Management software and MS Office. I have a passion for Technology and a willingness to learn new systems etc.
My other strengths are excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise and work effectively to deadlines, great written and oral communication skills and a strong attention to detail/accuracy. Added to the above are my ability to communicate and liaise effectively and in a friendly manner with colleagues and external contacts at all levels and to equally be part of a team or to work alone. I am proactive, flexible and have a 'can do' attitude in my life and my work..

Service Charge Accounts, Accounts Receivable including Credit Control, Accounts Payable, VAT Returns, Bank Reconciliations, P11Ds, CIS, Utilities accounts management/recharge, Insurance analysis/recharge, Property Rates management , Staff expenses, Monthly/Quarterly/Annually Management reports to Directors , closing Annual Accounts and liaising with Auditors.
Worked with SAGE and YARDI accounting softwares and HEXAGON, LANDMARK property management software.  Competent in Microsoft Office -mainly Word and Excel. Also managed the Accounts Office IT systems in liaison with our IT support company.
