1. Start with an adjective, job title, and years of experience
Let hiring managers know who you are as a professional. This means starting with an adjective that describes you as a worker. Just make sure the adjective you choose is relevant to the job requirements. Follow up with your job title or student status, and the number of months or years you’ve worked.

2. Add achievements instead of duties
Achievements are the secret to grabbing hiring managers’ attention, and they’re much stronger than duties. They are concise descriptions of your work actions and the benefits your employer gained as a result. Aim to include two or three, focusing on the most relevant accomplishments.
