As a supervisor my role was primarily to meet the needs of customers and to ensure they have a positive experience in the store. I was responsible for stock levels and ensuring tills were cashed up correctly. A large part of my day to day work included the personalisation of customer products.
My responsibilities within this role were varied and included full housekeeping service to fifty bedrooms as part of a team, ensuring the public areas of the establishment were clean at all times and the final closedown of the kitchen at the end of the business day.
